Our Care Staff

All our staff are appropriately trained before they start working with us. Our comprehensive induction training which is regularly updated to all the latest standards means that we are confident in the competence of all of our staff. Our Staff are trained in Manual Handling procedures, CPR, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Child & adult protection, Food Hygiene, Health & Safetypolicy validation including areas such as medication, complaints etc.

In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Our aim is to provide personal care assistants, support workers and qualified nurses whose experience and qualifications match our clients' needs.

Day to day oversight of the carer’s and nurses is provided by the Registered Manager of the branch. Who ensuresthat the tasks our staff help with matches the agreed care plan, and makes sure all work is carried out in line with Revive Care Service ethos.

Every care management recognises that it is one of their key responsibilities to ensure that Care Workers arrive at their assignment on time and to ensure that a manager is on call 24 hours a day in case of emergencies and enquiries.

We also believe that if our staff supports people or our clients Users through difficult life transitions such as bereavement and loss, stress, depression and physical illness, they too need to be supported with the emotional impact of the work. We do this by providing our staff with monthly one to one and group support.
